We, like everyone, have been struggling in lockdown as the support networks we have spent years cultivating, and the spaces that we relied on gathering in have become unsafe and moved online. Strong online meeting fatigue and the persistent inability to plan ahead for better times has left us tired and disconnected, but also has allowed us to connect with new members in geographically disparate locations.
As a way through this, we have been doing a meditation class, led by Matt Drage of Croydon Buddhist Centre, to just sit together. We started with considering a text by Joanna Macy 'World as Lover, World as Self'. If you would like to hear more, get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org
