Evening Class at Collaborate Week

Evening Class hosted a workshop, Co-Lab: Experiments in collectivised practice, as part of Collaborate Week at London College of Communication.

We assembled sporadic and hopefully useful experiences, advice, reflections and questions from almost 3 years of collaborative activity:
How to facilitate potential future collaborations?
What models (historical and current) are useful to consider when undertaking group work/organising?
What hinders teamwork?
How to distribute tasks fairly?
What other forms of support are needed but difficult to acknowledge/provide?
How to respect individuality within a group?
Whose work is it?
How can many voices speak as one?
Agency and autonomy in a collective?
How do groups make decisions?
How big or small should it be?
Where does it take place?
